Shipping and Payment Information

Your order will ship within 24 hours following successful payment verification. This does not include weekends or Australian public holidays. If you order after 12 PM AEST on a Friday, it will most likely be shipped out the following Monday.

All our orders are shipped with flat rate shipping. 

Domestic (within Australia): 

Shipping is A$5 for Standard Shipping and A$10 for Express Shipping.

Orders above A$49 receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

International:

Flat rate of A$20 for International customers and A$15 for New Zealand customers.

Standard shipping within Australia generally arrives within 2-6 business days.

Express shipping within Australia usually arrives within 1-3 business days.

Depending on your location, you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Orders within Australia are not subject to any additional taxes other than GST which is included in the retail price. 

Ryskape is not responsible for and cannot control any duties/taxes that are charged following delivery of your items. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges according to your border.

Yes! We have a 14-day returns/exchange policy.

Notebooks

Our journals come standard with coated acid-free and FSC-certified 160 gsm white or 150 gsm black paper.

While the paper is not specifically designed for watercolor, our notebooks are designed for many different mediums. Many of our customers have found our paper suitable for light watercolor use without much bleedthrough or ghosting.

Non-alcoholic based inks work best in our notebooks. Popular mediums include:

Ballpoint and gel pens

Fountain pens

Tombow markers and brush pens

Highlighters

Markers

Alcoholic-based inks such as Copic or Sharpies will bleedthrough as these type of inks require a specific coated paper.

All of our A5 notebooks have 27 x 38 dot grid.

Yes, our notebooks are completely made out of 100% vegan materials including the faux-leather PU covers.

The covers are a smooth textured faux leather made out of polyurethane. These covers are very resistant to wear and tear and do not become dirty easily. 

Our ‘Sky Grey’ notebooks use a ‘fabric’ look-a-like. So from afar, it looks as though it is a fabric cover, but in reality it's PU leather. 

Our ‘Dark Mode’ notebooks are made out of a Saffiano Textured PU leather which is both smooth yet textured at the same time.

We know that a lot of bullet journalists love using different pens and mediums and so we dedicated a specific page at the end of the notebook for you to try out different pens and test if they cause any bleeding or ghosting.

We know notebooks can be so personal and so we are working hard behind the scenes to deliver new colours as soon as we can. At this stage though, we only have a grey and black cover. If you have any future colour suggestions, please let us know!

Desk Pads

Our leather and felt desk mats measure 80 cm by 40 cm.

Our gaming desk pad measures 80 cm by 30 cm.

Leather: synthetic polyurethane (PU). PU leather feels and looks like real leather, it’s soft and smooth but is more resistant and does not patina over time.

Felt: 100% recycled PET.

Gaming: Cloth and rubber.

Wipe down any spills or stains with a clean damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild hand wash or detergent and a non-abrasive cloth. Leave to air dry.

Generally, most desk pads will flatten out after 24-48 hours after unboxing. However, if you find your mat still creased, try rolling the mat the opposite way the mat was delivered to help flatten it out. If you still have issues, please contact us at info@ryskape.com
